health care and safety meetings onboard.

To evaluate the previous performance and
current health and safety awareness of ex-crew
before re-employment.

To efficiently comply to customer
instructions and immediately address complaints by
coming up with appropriate corrective and
preventive actions.

To enhance employees� technical skills
and personal development through periodic training
