All
sittings are open to the public and to people of all faiths and backgrounds.
It is not necessary to have any previous meditation experience to attend.
Currently we are meeting on Sunday evenings at 7 pm.
We meet at Shine on Yoga in downtown Orlando where we are graciously allowed to use the space on a donation basis (i.e. if you have no money, no problem; if you can help pay for the rent with a donation, it is appreciated.) There are some cushions and mats, and it is also possible to sit on a chair or bench. You are most welcome to come by and join us any Sunday to see what you think
