The 1999 Summer Squash League is a box league consisting of two sessions. In a box league, everyone plays each person in his or her box. Upon playing each person in the box, a session is complete. At the end of a session, the person with the highest score in each box moves to the previous box, and the person with the lowest score moves to the next box. Then a new session begins. The league becomes a self-sorting ladder that also provides for new people to play each session.

The league is set up for each person to play one match a week. A match is best three out of five games, with international scoring (games to nine with only the server scoring points). The league establishes the opponents for each weekly match, but it is the responsibility of each person to schedule, play and mark their score. The weekly score sheets will be posted by Court #1. Record the number of games won. For example, the winner will always record 3, and the loser will record 0, 1, or 2. A week runs from Monday until Sunday evening. The score sheet will be posted by court #1. Please remember to mark your scores. League matches should be played during the assigned week.
