February, 2008 The past few months have been busy. We played Bingo at the VA hospital, held a New Member Lunch and welcomed some wonderful new ladies. We participated in the annual Memory Walk and celebrated Founder's Day. We had a very festive Holiday Party at Jenn's house and recently met to plan the upcoming years calendar. There are some great things planned. Check the calender for info on events, dates, and times. |

July 25, 2007 Members of the chapter met and came up with some wonderful things that the chapter can do as a group. We held informal elections for three open positions. We are very excited about the upcoming events. |
|

January 18, 2007 Just a reminder dues are due for 2007. Please pay by february 1st for the annual report. |

October 7, 2006 Our team supported the Alzheimer's Association once again by participating in Memory Walk 2006. Our Team raised over $500.00. Thank you to those that came. |

February 21, 2006 - The Alum group particiapted in a Crime Awareness Night where they learned many simple to steps to protect oneself in the light of danger. It was very educational and informative. Cap. Dave Ogden has agreed to spend more time with us at date. |

January 22, 2006 - The girls met to discuss the upcoming calendar for the year. They also discussed the annual report and current paid member list. There are many wonderful things planned for the 2006 year. Please check the calendar for those events. |

December 17, 2005 The Orlando area alum group held their annual holiday party. There was a lot of great food and great fun. We enjoyed talking and sharing personal things we were thankful for. It was a great time for the Sig Kap's to reaffirm their mystic bond. |
|

November 12, 2005 Founder's day was a success. Our combined efforts with the Central Florida Alum was a wonderful experience to meet and make new friends. Hope you can all join us for the Holiday Party on December 10th. Details under the calendar section. |

October 8, 2005 Dues are due ladies. You may print the same from from last year from the website and mail it to me only if any of your contact information has changed from Last year. Dues are due by December 1st and there is a free gift this year for paying your dues. It will come to you once your dues are recieved. May - August, 2005 During the summer months, the Alumnae group volunteered again at Westminster Towers in Downtown Orlando. We will be planning more events to help out at this location. Keep checking the calendar for details. |

March 11, 2005 Our members went to Westminster Towers and played Bingo with the members there. It was a great time and we are welcome to come back. Be on the look out for dates and times for upcoming events. |

January 22, 2005 - Planning meeting at Barnes and Noble was a success. We completed the annual report and it is ready for submission. We planned some tenative events for the next 5 months. Please check the calendar page for updates. Some events are TBA but will change when we have more definate times. If you have not submitted your dues, please do so as soon as possible. Otherwise, you will be deleted from the email list. |

January 17, 2005 - Dues are due. They are $30 for the entire year. You can mail a check made out to "Orlando Area Alumnae" to Tiffany Pastors 13536 Lake Vining Dr. Apt 13306 Orlando, FL 32821. Do not forget to print out a new membership form from this site and mail it with your check. If you are one of those that paid during the last planning meeting, we will be depositing those checks and you will not be required to pay again for this coming year. December 13, 2004 - Alumni celebrated the holidays at Stephanie Klausing's house. It was a wonderful site to see her lovely house. We missed those that could not attend. November 6, 2004 - The alumni chapter celebrated Founder's Day at the beautiful Ritz Carlton Hotel and Spa. There was high tea with sandwiches and pastries. The ladies shared memories and ideas for future events. If you could not make it check out the picture page. Also check the calendar for those future events. |

October 30, 2004 - I received an email from the Sigma Kappa foundation that had a wonderful link to a website that was so touching I could have cried. October 25, 2004 - The business cards are in. If you are attending Founder's Day, they will be passed out so that you may care some and use as you see fit. They have the website and email address on them. They have no names or phones numbers so that they can be used by everyone for any amount of time. |

October 14, 2004 - We have ordered business cards with the alumnae email address and website on them. We will distribute them to members. Feel free to hand them out to area Sig Kap Alumnae's not in our group or even those out of town. We will let you know when they come in. |
|
|
|
October 9, 2004 was the Memory Walk. We had 5 people in attendance, which was good for such short notice. On our venture there, we met Laura Volz. She is not part of our Alumnae group but we are hoping that she will join us. She works at the Atria Senior Living Center and has agreed to help us set something up as a volunteer activity for the spring. |
