Playing an Elf or Pirate, Orlando Bloom is always very hunky chunkie! Finally someone to take over the title �Uberhunk�, the title that Brad Pitt (still hot but will he stay that hot?) still owns.
Quasimodo Bloom?
Orlando is beautiful and cool (�I am a perfect gentleman), funny and in love. (and pull your hair out of your head!). The lucky girl is actress Kate Bosworth. You may know her blond head and beautiful slim body from the film Blue Crush. Orlando, laughing: �We are together now for a couple of months and Kate is the most sweetest girl in de world. She matches with me, we share the same interests�. That the couple can�t see each other very much is not so nice. Orli:�It is comfortable that she understands the world of showbiz, however she is an actress as well and spends a lot of time away from home, just like me.� Right now, Orlando is in Malta for the filming of Troy, with hunk Brad Pitt. Orlando:�Brad is a very charming and special man. He has a great charisma. I�ve learnt a lot from him, such as how to deal with the press.� Orlando gets a lot of attention of the press at the moment. Since his part in Pirates of the Caribbean his beautiful head and body are all over the magazines and newspapers. Orlando:�They call me the new sexsymbol. I really find that strange, I prefer not to be called that way. Of course, it�s a compliment, better then being compared with Quasimodo!�.
Olympics? Orlando�s face does not only light up when he talks about Kate, mention Johnny Depp and his face really lights up. �He has always been my idol. Filming with him was a dream come true�. Orlando really enjoyed doing Pirates of the Caribbean. �It was one big adventure. We filmed a lot of scenes at sea, on a very old ship. We had to fight and climb around. It was just like me being a child on a playground. Fortunately, I didn�t get sea sick. Others did, they hang over board with their heads! Especially the swordfights with Johnny Depp were great. When we were practicing, I always won. Since Lord of the rings I�m a professional swordsmen. I think I could enter the Olympics!
Orlando did get some bruces, but didn�t break anything. That�s been different in the past. Orlando loves dangerous things as bungeejumping, snowboarding and other stuff. He almost broke every bone in his body. However, there is going to be a part two of Pirates of the Caribbean. Orlando:�People say a lot about sequels, but when something is good, it�s good.�And that comes from someone who almost missed part one. �I already signed for a small film, The Calcium Kid, an English film directed by a friend of mine. I didn�t want to disappoint him. That�s why I didn�t read the script in the first place, I didn�t want to be tempted. After some time I ran into Geoffrey Rush, Captain Barbossa. He was so enthusiastic that I read the script. It was great! So I did both films, it was a very busy time, but it was worth it.�
Dyslectic Elf
It doesn�t matter that he played a pirate, in the history books Orlando will be an Elf, thanks to Lord of the Rings. Orlando:�In December it will be all over with the premiere of the Return of the King. After that I won�t be Legolas�. His time in New Zealand was great. �We spend almost three years over there and I made friends for life, such as Elijah Wood and Viggo Mortensen, who could every think of that? For years ago I was at drama school and now I�m working with people as Brad Pitt and Johnny Depp. Drama school was very hard for our friend Orlando. He is dyslectic, something that is very hard when you have to read scripts and other texts. �I mix up certain marks, very annoying. This doesn�t mean that I�m not intelligent, but someone people at high school thought so. That�s why I have a message for people: don�t laugh at your dyslectic schoolmates. Who knows, they might be a movie star and they can help you to tickets for that very special premiere you always dreamed of�.
