The Central Florida Martial Arts Academy is proud to offer to the community our specialty Youth Safety Seminars. Similar in setup to a Women's Self Defense class, these seminars are open to both members and non-members of the Kinect Martial Arts family. All ages from 3-17 are welcome to join us (we will separate them according to age so that each participant has the maximum opportunity to learn), and we will cover everything from 'who is a stranger', to how to use your hands, feet, and voice to ward off an attack. The seminars are hands-on for the participants, but there are also speeches and Q&A sessions for both parents and children regarding safety.

 These seminars are scheduled throughout the year; however, we are also willing to offer them on request for interested groups as a part of our Community Self Defense Awareness Program. Please contact us for details.
