Mr. (Sabumnim) Kyle Segall,
Chief Instructor
Mr. Kyle learned his current style of martial arts under Chief Instructors Steve and
Shelly Elrod at Kinect Martial Arts Headquarters in Clearwater, FL, and as an
instructor with Choi Kwang-Do Martial Arts International was certified as a
Chief Instructor and Associate Examiner at second degree black belt.
While he loved
teaching at Clearwater and considers the dojang there an extended family, he also realized
that he'd have to move one day to continue his college career. After choosing UCF, he, with the support of the Elrods and
Kinect, opened up the first Kinect Martial Arts dojang in the Central Florida area at Bally Total Fitness in Winter
Park.
When he's not in school or teaching, Mr. Kyle enjoys catching up on lost
sleep or watching the Daily Show. He travels often back to Clearwater to test,
participate in special events, or just to visit old friends and family.
