An advance deposit of $300.00 is required to reserve your rental dates of stay, with the total rental amount due at least 30 days prior to your arrival.  This deposit is also your security-damage deposit on the property, which is returned to you immediately after the keys are returned to us and the cleaning staff has completed their departure clean and inspection.

Confirmation:

Complete, total, and sign the Rental Agreement.  Return this with your deposit to us at our Crystal, Minnesota address.  This will hold your dates until 30 days prior to your arrival, when the full rental amount is due.  Upon receiving full payment, we will send you the keys to our home and additional info for your stay.

Cancellation Policy:

30 days prior to arrival:  Full refund

22 days-29 days prior to arrival:  Full refund minus $300.00 deposit.

Less than 22 days prior to arrival--NO refund.  Sorry, usually that is too short a time to re-rent the space.  IF, however, we are able to salvage a rental for your dates, we will make that adjustment.
