Thank you for your inquiry about our home in
FLORIDA!
Once
you try "home away from home" style traveling, you'll wonder why you put up
with tripping over luggage in a dark, cramped, never-aired hotel room, far
from the pool, ice machine and golf course! For the same or less money
as a hotel, you can have the relaxing comfort of our nearly new 3 bedroom, 2
bath, centrally air conditioned executive class home ON the golf course,
with its own private swimming pool (with heater) completely screened in a
24' x 36' enclosure.
The house is fully furnished - TVs with cable, VCR, stereo system, washer
and dryer, complete linens and towels, full kitchen, plenty of patio
furniture, and much more! The spacious, breezy open floor plan is
beautifully decorated in Florida pastels with light pickled woodwork.
8 persons can sleep comfortably if you add the queen sofa in the living room
that makes into a bed. This house makes a great place for a family
reunion of several families or several couples. Lots of space.
We love our very convenient LOCATION--just 6 1/2 miles to Disney's Main
Gate, 7 1/2 miles to Sea World, 8 1/2 miles to Universal Studios, 2 miles to
Interstate 4 to Tampa and the Gulf beaches (45 miles) or 45 minutes to the
Atlantic Ocean and Cape Canaveral. Our home is situated in a private
housing estate named ESPRIT...just 6 minutes away from the hub-bub of the
Kissimmee entertainment strip on Hwy. 192...in orange grove country.
Roadside fruit stands in both directions! This quiet, palm tree lined
community has a 400 acre lake with marina and fishing dock, 9-hole golf
course, public open air swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts,
picnic cabanas and community clubhouse. There are 25 other golf
courses and driving ranges within 11 miles of the house. Our full-time
professional caretaker is on call 24 hours a day for any problems, and he
lives IN the community, just 4 houses away. We do have happy guests
that do re-book the winter months especially.
