In 3019 he went as a messanger to Rivendell and was chosen to represent the Elves in the Fellowship. Like all elves, Legolas was a master bowman and he showed his skill felling a Nazgul from the sky. After the War of the Ring, Legolas led a group of Elves to Ithilien and beautified the land.
