 At least half of our crew possess one or more ASE certifications, to quote the ASE homepage, ASE (the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence) is "an independent, non-profit organization with a single mission: To improve the quality of automotive service and repair through the voluntary testing and certification of automotive technicians...The exams stress real-world diagnostic and repair problems, not theory. The tests are no cinch to pass; approximately one out of three test-takers fails. ...Consumers benefit from ASE certification. It is a valuable yard stick by which to measure the knowledge and skills of individual technicians as well as the commitment to quality of the repair facility employing ASE-certified technicians..."
 The brand names we use are of the highest quality, not discount parts store parts cheaply engineered for do-it-yourselfers, but professional quality parts that meet or exceed original equipment (OE) specifications, most of which come with a warrantee that can be honored nationwide. Since we are a NAPA Auto Care Center all parts we install from NAPA are fully warranteed and can be honored across the nation.
Interstate Batteries, one of the best in the country, come with a nationwide warrantee as well. The tires we sell, Lee and General, both come with lifetime road hazard pro-rata warrantee with no additional cost to the consumer. We stand behind everything we install and the labor that put it there, so if you are not totally satisfied please let us know and we will do everything possible to make it right.
