I’m very reluctant to give this information to the public but for the sake of information I should try to give a birds eye view on what’s it all about.

   It is a top secret compiled document writen in japanese which was kept in private by a certain Top brass japanese army official during the war whom was incharged in burying and hiding those precious cargo of them in the Island of Negros.The document contains the global coordinates & geographical description on how to locate nearly all minor sites in the above mentioned place. The said document was never been reported to the Japanese goverment.

  The document was not encrypted by codes but on plain japanese language that we are able to translate in english by aid of computer.
