... is Universal Life Energy. When activated it addresses body, mind and spirit accelerating one’s ability to heal one’s self. The body is reminded of its ability to heal physical ailments, the mind opened to the causes of disease, and the spirit to the opportunity of taking responsibility for one’s life and the joys of balanced wellness.
REIKI - is a Japanese word meaning “Spiritually guided life force energy”. It is the vital energy that flows through every living thing. Reiki energy can only be channelled by people who have been attuned to it by a Master. It can be used for healing the self and others. It can also be used for working on plants, animals and the Universe. Reiki healing energy promotes healing, stress management and energy renewal and assists with spiritual and personal growth.. It is a gentle hands on therapy which can be learned by anybody. It is very useful as an additional healing energy for people using other therapies, such as: aromatherapy, reflexology, massage, shiatsu etc. The USUI System of Reiki evolved from the experience of Dr. Mikao Usui, a Christian professor of theology with many years of experience of Buddhist teachings.
