After Generaloberst Ernst Udet committed suicide and upon realisation that the Luftwaffe won�t manage to cope with the arising problems in the long term. War court processes were ordered against some Engineers in 1942/1943. They were accused of failure of fulfillment of their job. General-Ingenieur Eisenlohr was one of them. The enquiries ordered resulted in the recognition that the accusations are unfounded. Generalrichter Kraell managed that the Reichsmarschall ceased the process after Kraell interrogated Eisenlohr concerning the 20 counts/charges. Thereafter General-Ingenieur Eisenlohr who refused to voluntarily apply for retirement was granted leave on 01 Feb 1944 and was transferred into retirement on 30 Apr 1944 ahead of schedule
