Executed: 15 Mar. 1946 by firing squad, Schevenigen / Netherlands.

Postwar Prosecution:
Tried by Dutch court for collaboration; sentenced to death. First Dutch collaborator executed, perhaps an indication of how much the propagandist was detested by his fellow citizens.
