I'm in pain and in a way it's a blessing since I don't have to go to work...hehehe.  Well, I think I hurt myself from too much biking. Now I am missing it. I think maybe next week I should be just fine. Uggh!!! My back is killing me! I can't do anything, not even walk....what to do, what to do....
