Tom ist eher der ruhige und bedachte Typ. Natürlich ist auch er neugierig und spielt liebend gern, aber er ist dabei etwas vorsichtiger. Er hat auch, im Gegensatz zu Jerry (der mehr ein Gepard ist), mehr Ausdauer und kann sich stundenlang mit seiner geliebten Katzenangel beschäftigen. Tom is more a quiet and thoughtful type. Of course he is also curious and love to play, but he is more cautious. He has also, in contrast to Jerry (who is more of a cheetah), more stamina and can spend hours playing with his beloved cat-fishing-rod. |
| Wer viel spielt, der muss auch viel schlafen. Tom hat die Angewohnheit, in den lustigsten Positionen zu schlafen. Hier sieht es etwas so aus, als wollte er einen Kopfsprung vom Kratzbaum machen. Tom hat ziemlich schnell entdeckt, dass die Obstkörbe meiner Mutter sich prima als Schauplatz eignen. Sieht doch aber auch zu knuffig aus, wie er sich da in den doch etwas kleinen Korb gelegt hat. ^.^ Tom quickly discovered that the fruit baskets from my mother are great to sleep in it. | Tom ist total anhänglich und verschmust. Vor allem meine Mutter und mein jüngerer Bruder sind seine bevorzugten Personen, wenn es ums Schmusen geht. Aber eigentlich schmeißt er sich an alles ran, das in der Nähe ist. Tom is totally affectionate and loves to cuddle. Above all, my mother and younger brother are his favourite people when it's about petting. But actually he goes to everyone, who is around. |

Tom ähnelt sehr unserem Clyde, der ebenfalls sehr anhänglich und verspielt war. Momentan kann man Tom quasi beim Wachsen zu schauen. Aus dem Kerlchen wird mal ein sehr großer, dicker Kater werden. Tom is very similar to our Clyde, who also was very affectionate and playful. Currently you can almost watch Tom grow. The fellow will be a very large and fat cat, when he grows up. |
