The Amazing Reversible Palindrome

Palindromes are lots of fun. If you don't know what they are, have a look at these to try and figure it out:

Madam, I'm Adam!
is a palindrome.
So is
A man, a plan, a canal - Panama!
and so is
SATOR AREPO TENET OPERA ROTAS

Figured it out yet? Palindromes are phrases, or occasionally single words, that are the same if the letter order is reversed, or you read it backwards. Clever eh?
