Chef, Sous Chef (must have strong food knowledge and the ability to execute corporate recipes while possessing the creativity to wow all guests. Candidates must must also have knowledge of Board of Health Requirements and be able to maintain budgeted food cost.)
Assistant Restaurant Managers (Energetic candidates with strong hospitality traits, and ability to lead staff and maintain company standards.
Also looking for strong full charge bookkeeper to cover all accounting aspects, including P&L responsibilities and maintain company control procedures.
Skills Required
Strong leadership ability, a team player, good communication and people skills, be enthusiastic and energetic, desire to succeed by personal abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Some computer skills required
