ISOM
----
Research: Nossirahdrof, KramerBoy(CS)
Programming: KramerBoy(CS)

Legal
-----
By using this program, you are bound by the terms of this agreement.
Camelot Systems and KramerBoy, or anyone affiliated, aren't responsible
for any damage to your computer or loss of data, that's caused by use
of this program (ISOM.exe).

Features
--------
-Allows you to place square tiles

Instructions
------------
Run ISOM.exe then click FILE, load your map, put in a filter value that
you want ISOM to consist of, then select WRITE. A save dialog will
appear, specify a filename where you want to save the map to and add
".scm" or ".scx" then change the file format to ALL FILES and click
SAVE. If you've selected EXECUTE ON WRITE, under the STAREDIT menu,
StarEdit will load up immediatly after the writing process takes
place. MODIFY REGISTRY will make it so that your map is on the FILE
list in StarEdit. If you want to use square tiles with a more powerful
placer then uncheck EXECUTE ON WRITE and open your map with an editor
of your choice.

How to Make Square Tiles
------------------------
Just enter a value of 0 under any write type, save your map, open it
in StarEdit, and you will beable to place square tiles!

Write Type
----------
Byte: 100
Integer: 100 00
Long: 100 00 00 00

An integer takes up 2 bytes and a long takes up 4. This is so that you
can store larger numbers in less space. Take the number 350 for
instance:

Byte: 194
Integer: 194 01
Long: 194 01 00 00

If you put in 350, and selected byte form, you would actually only be
writing the number of 194 instead of 350. You dont need to know why
this happens as long as you know the method you choose makes a
difference.

Known Effects on Badlands Terrain
---------------------------------
0 byte - square tiles
1 byte - block effect but different - seems to have something to do with edges
2 byte - water crossing - weird
3 byte - block effect but different - seems to have something to do with edges
4 byte - rocky ground crossing - weird
5 byte - block effect but different - seems to have something to do with edges
6 byte - ashphalt crossing - weird
7 byte - same as other odds
8 byte - grass
9 byte - same as other odds
10 byte - block by block effect - rocky ground makes it all rocky ground
11 byte - same as other odds
12 byte - block by block effect - rocky ground makes it all rocky ground
13 byte - crashes staredit when editing terrain - not surprising for number 13 :)
14 byte - structure - water makes a path of water
15 byte - crashes staredit when editing terrain
16 byte - dirt - rocky ground makes a path of rocky ground
17 byte - crashes staredit when editing terrain
18 byte - block by block effect
20 byte - block by block effect
22 byte - block by block effect - rocky ground makes it all rocky ground
24 byte - block by block effect
26 byte - block by block effect
28 byte - block by block effect
30 byte - block by block effect
32 byte - ashphalt - structure formes a V shape of structre and fills under it
34 byte - crashes staredit when trying to place dirt
36 byte - block by block effect
