Business Meetings:

Location: Currently Rosenberg

WINTER : 1st Saturday each month 7pm (1900) to 9pm (2100)

SUMMER : 1st Tuesday each month 7PM (1900) to 9PM (2100)

Summer Dates: April 8th / May 5th / June 2nd / July 7 / August 4 / September 8

  Arts and Sciences / Stich and Bitch:

Location: Currently Rosenberg

Dates Summer: Second Wed of each month 6PM (1800) until 10PM (2200) or earlier depending upon participants.

Fighter / Fencing Practice:

Winter: Fourth Sunday of each month or the third Sunday, so day after A&S if no 4th.

Winter Dates:

SUMMER: 3rd Wed of each month from 6PM (1800) until no longer safe to practice, "light dependent".

Summer Dates:

Apr 15th

May "Cancelled for DoubleWars", unless someone else host it that day.

June 17th

July 15th

August 19th

CONDITIONS for Participation

Weather permitting we have space for heavy fighting, woods training, field training, uneven terrain training, as well as, fencing, and target archery.

Combat archery welcomed if heavies do not mind being used for practice.

Currently we have no loaner armour for heavy or fencing "Working on it even now", but do have target archery equipment for use, with specialized bows for youths as well.

In time we hope to also have basic Boffer heavy and fencing weapons as well, plus some basic Boffer armour. Check beforehand for individual protective requirements such as male and female groin and chest / head protection. Come to fight, learn and enjoy, but to be first and foremost SAFE.

Social / Movie Night:

Location: Currently Rosenberg

WINTER: Second Saturday of each month 7pm (1900) until when-ever

Individuals are welcomed to sleep over and drive home Sunday in daylight hours.

This will be cancelled for summer events unless specific dates are approved which do not conflict with

SCA weekend events at each monthly businees meeting.
