Just came back from another Chinese get-together. Family and family. We've had several in the past few weeks cause grandma and grandpa are here. Wasn't hungry. What's the deal with everyone looking for wives? Never mind. I don't feel well =/ Tummy ache. Don't know why, but I've been feeling anxious all of a sudden. Craziness. There's a lot of school stuff going on.

Went to Columbia SHP... No subway accident this time. Class was incredibly boring but the peeps at my table talked so it was alright. Elaine - Je ne vais pas ecrire en francais. C'est trop absurd pour moi. lol. I'm singing to the radio... Close your ears. To the books ...

Are my stress signals flashing? Took the SAT (second time) on Saturday, and here's the rest : AP Calc- Tues tomorrow, AP Chemistry final1 Wed, AP Eng Thurs, AP American Fri, AP Chemistry final2 next Mon, and AP Chemistry next Wed.

Went to the city with Aubria, to take an entrance exam to Columbia's science honors program. There was so many people there. We were nervous, seeing so much competition... The cram session has begun - SAT's, AP's and finals coming up!

What is the big deal about 4/20? Supposedly a day for drugs and all that business. I went shopping again. Those clearance sections of Macy's (green sweater and white shirt), and Lord &Taylor's (brown shimmering gown) are great! It's odd how I bought a dress the day after the junior prom. It's almost as if I went.

I'm 16 and a third today. =) I can't believe the school year's almost over... Friday's the last day of third quarter, yikes. Not too much to do, other than study.

Some people are so inconsiderate... and dumb. There was another bomb threat, called from the phone booth across from the cafeteria. I was freezing outside, even with a jacket and gloves. Aubria and I used the time wisely, and did the AP Chem hw that was due today. Brr and Grr.

Day 3 of my Mission Tone. My goal is to obtain definition in, or tone, my abs and bi/triceps, by doing tons of crunches and using free weights daily. Gets me sore all over... might end up quitting after a week. =) Perseverance! I've got lots of midterms and projects to do... I wish using my brain power could melt the calories away!

Happy 2002~! My New Year's resolutions are the same as every other year - get awesome grades, lose weight, and find a man. And like every other year, none will be accomplished. When I was sitting in someone's car filled with people and dreamily gazing at the blue sky and clouds, I had an overwhelming sense of loneliness. It was somewhat of a new feeling, because I've always insisted, and believed, that one didn't need any foolish relationship. Another year gone by . . . back to school tomorrow.

It's weird how, ever since I was about 13, I wanted to be sixteen. Now that I am, it doesn't seem all that different. Maybe feeling a little bit older. School's a constant stress, but that doesn't mean that I'm unhappy~ although it may seem that way sometimes :)

Blah. Nothing seems to happen to me. Could be a good thing. Who knows... I've noticed that random people whom I don't know IM me out of the blue. What could we do without the Internet? Alright, I'm hitting the books. Almost literally.12/3/01
Zzzz Monday... Could barely get up this morning. Had a sub in both Lang (whew, a cutie lol) and in American (some ol' cranky dude). And took a hard Calc test. Right now I'm typing up an essay that doesn't make a lot of sense...*pout* What else is new?!

Things I've learned:
- You haven't really lived until you've gotten a 68 on an Advanced Placement Physics test.
make that a 51 on an AP American History test. I'm on a roll!
- Sometimes smart people do very, very stupid things.
- When in doubt, duck. When certain, don't bother, `cause you're already screwed.
- Someday you'll look back at this and it will all seem funny.
- You never know when you're making a memory.
- If at first you don't succeed, try again. Then give up. No sense being ridiculous about it.
