Messeges of Condolance and Wreaths laid included those of the Head of the State the
KKTC President and the Head of the Bar Association, the Prime Minister, the General Secretariat of the Government party, the Chairman of the major opposition party and the Minister of Finance and Economy, the Leader of the Parliament, the 'Eldest Member' of the Parliament, the Minister for Commerce and Industry, the Minister for Culture and Education, the Member of Parliament for Nicoasia (T), the Businessmen's Associations, the Professional Bodies, Financial Instititions, Religious Offices, Cultural Organisations, University Professors, the Teachers' Unions, Journalists-Writers-Poets, in Cyprus and elsewhere ~some have also taken part in the funeral procession -some having expressed regret for having been unable to do so due to being, e.g., overseas on state business.
Some of the Wreaths were carried and Flowers laid on his tomb by his former students.
