A third aeroplane crashed into the ground outside Pittsburgh and was quickly forgotten, while another allegedly hit the �undefended� Pentagon, although initial reports only described �explosions� and no aircraft wreckage was evident in the sparse film footage, but the propaganda machine and spin doctors had their story already prepared. You can tell why any given scenario was instigated by the reaction it provokes from politicians and the media. On the day of the attack, September 11th, before we knew who was responsible or the dust had settled at Ground Zero and the forensic evidence was carted off to be buried, certain politicians had their carefully scripted retort rehearsed and duly delivered it. Secretary of State Colin Powell came on air and said �they� cannot be allowed to undermine democracy. Who was he talking about, Islam? A big assumption at that time; they blamed Osama bin Laden for Oklahoma, and they were wrong! Powell said, �civilized� world leaders should unite to oppose the evil of terrorism. �It�s a war, long term� he promised, �on all fronts.� He can apparently speak for all US citizens and said, �American people see this as an act of war, even if that�s not a legal stance.� George Bush�s unmoved, unemotional and unnatural four minute televised performance, reading his lines from autocue was most revealing. The President claimed, �Freedom is under attack.� Cool and unshaken, he said, �freedom� will be protected and FEMA, a law unto itself, reared its ugly head, a day too early. Bush was criticised for not reflecting the mood of the people, so the following day, he tried to weep on camera, and talked of �hugs & kisses.� |

| Guiliani proclaimed, it was an attack on the 'Free World' and Tony Blair vowed, �Terrorism is the new evil in the world and will be eradicated.� A delighted Netanyahu saw the event as a stroke of luck saying, �The forces of freedom must unite in an all out war on terrorism.� Sharon blamed, �the forces of evil� and used the tragedy as a smokescreen to invade and further terrorise Palestine by land, air and sea. George Robertson said, �NATO represents freedom and is on standby to assist the US in its war against terrorists.� He didn�t mention that the Royal Navy, Air Force and Marines were mobilised a couple of weeks in advance, on a �training mission� to Oman, to �test� British Naval Supremacy. Colonel Edwards of the UN claimed, �They (Muslims) don�t care if they die� so presumably that means its okay to kill them? But more disturbing was that no distinction is to be made between terrorists and those who harbour them. That casts a very wide net, catching Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq and Pakistan, also Chechnya; in fact sixty countries, mostly Islamic, are now legitimate targets. Kissinger said it�s time to go after them and pre-empt and target potential terrorists before they strike. He said it should be met with the same response as Pearl Harbour. Now you know what he�s saying!! Bush said he would utilize his entire military arsenal to retaliate, so that includes biological, chemical and geophysical weapons, plasma beams, napalm, ballistic missiles and nuclear weapons. Cheney warned a germ warfare attack could kill millions. It already has, with AIDS in Africa. |
| But on the WTC disaster, Ehud Barak, jumping the gun on Sky News to political correspondent Adam Boulton, said this requires immediate attacks on �Rogue States� like Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya, (before there was even a suspect) while Colonel Gadaffi offered assistance to the USA and Yasser Arafat gave blood. In �Operation Cobra� Blair stepped up security, with police and British defence facilities around the World on high alert. Reading from the same script as Colin Powell, he said; the �free and democratic� nations will defeat these evil terrorists, �their barbarism is their shame.� Closing the door, after the horse had bolted, the US military deployed F117 Raptors on full �war-time� alert, patrolling American airspace. James Ruben, unscathed, like all other politicians, said; this is an attack on all the 'civilized' countries of the World, not just America. �America must destroy them!� Israel urged the USA to investigate the organisations bombing them, for a possible link. But a RIIA terrorist expert insisted on the BBC that a cell within the USA must be responsible, �al Qaida� does not have the capability to co-ordinate this scale of attack. Regardless of the facts, world leaders have begun their �war for freedom� saving the �civilized� world from �evil� by plunging defenceless nations into chaos. Francis Tusa a defence analyst said that although George Bush announced the New World Order at the start of the Gulf War, nothing really changed, but with this single act, 9-11, all the rules of International Politics have changed.
