The United States Government has been building Deep Underground Military Bases (D.U.M.B.) day and night, since before the 1940�s, with laser drills which can bore a seven mile tunnel in one day. There are presently at least one hundred and thirty such facilities, including Area 51 in Nevada and Dulce, New Mexico which are inter-connected by high-speed, magneto-leviton trains, with speeds of up to Mach Two. They are whole cities underground.

Mount Weather is the seat of a self-appointed �parallel government� and Denver Airport, Colorado, built on sacred Indian burial grounds, is the New World Order Command Centre and a shrine to Masonic symbology, like the Nazi �Black Sun.� It is 2.5 miles deep and covers a staggering 88 square miles below ground. The New World Order is dependant on these bases and people who worked on the projects saw things which scared them so badly, they won�t talk about it.

But a geological and structural engineer, with military and aerospace applications, named Phil Schneider was lied to so extensively, and shocked by what he discovered, that he cut up his Ryolite-thirty-eight clearance factor (one of the highest in the World) and sent it to the US Government, promising to blow the cover-up and upload 140,000 pages of documentation to the internet. Soon after he began this task in 1996, he was found strangled with piano wire, in a �Special Forces� military-style execution.

The testimony of Phil Schneider, who vowed to talk his head off till they stopped him, is most revealing. During the 1940�s the USAF began firing at visiting alien spacecraft, which was the spate of �crashed� saucers at Roswell etc. This resulted in the Eisenhower Administration circumventing the Constitution in 1954, by forming a pact with the Greys called the Greada Treaty. In exchange for advanced technology, the Grey�s would be at liberty to pursue their own agenda, abducting limited human specimens.

The Stealth Programme (costing the black budget 1.3 trillion dollars every two years) is the product of back-engineering �saucers,� with the complicity of Grey aliens, who allegedly reneged on their part of the deal. Contractors of Stealth include: EG&G, Westinghouse, McDonnell Douglas, Morrison-Knudson, Wackenhut Security Systems, Boeing Aerospace, Aerospacial in France, Mitsubishi Industries, Ryder Trucks, Bechtel, I.G. Farben and hundreds more�The DEA and the ATF rely on Stealth tactical weaponry for 40% of their operations budget.

One hundred and seventy-two Stealth aircraft were built, loaded with LIDAR and computer enhanced imaging radar that can see objects in your house with a variation limit of one inch to thirty thousand miles. Guarded by Delta Force, ten F-117A Fighters crashed and the remainder were signed over to the UN at the end of the Bush Administration. Star Wars relies heavily upon Stealth weaponry too, and there are over sixty-four thousand black helicopters with another being built for each hour that passes.

Schneider was involved in hollowing out with explosives an addition to the deepest underground base (seven levels) at Dulce, when they surprised a huge underground cavern, colonized by Large Greys. A fire fight ensued and sixty-six Secret Service agents, FBI and Black Berets were killed. Schneider survived with two others, who were then kept under close guard. He later found out that the aliens may have been there for perhaps a million years!

The Military Joint Tactical Force (Delta Force) were sent to Bosnia to take pot shots at both sides, and start the Balkan conflict, to be used by successive administrations for political purposes. But Tesla technology can make an offensive appear to be �natural causes� with the invention of the earthquake device. The tremors produced, like the 1989 San Francisco quake and Kobe, Japan in 1995, are not accompanied by a pulse wave�none, unlike a normal earthquake.

Nicola Tesla always maintained that he spoke to aliens and that his great contribution of the AC electric motor was the result of a sudden visual inspiration. For this pronouncement he was reviled by his scientific colleagues, in spite of this he was credited with the discovery of the electromagnetic propagation effect.

Tesla grappled with his lifelong objective of transmitting free electrical energy to all by pumping vast electrical potentials into the ground in one location to have in extracted on the other side of the globe. He is supposed to have invented potentially terrible weapons, as part of his somewhat modernistic view of preserving peace. He invented the useful �Tesla Coil�, a circuitry which is designed to multiply it�s frequency to achieve very large potentials.

He also invented a mechanical oscillator which he claimed could bring down tall structures, such as skyscrapers like the WTC, with ease. He dabbled with so called �death-rays� and an effect known as �scalar vectoring,� which could destroy structures at a great distance�in the early to mid-1920�s such devices were topical subjects for discussion.

Tesla had proven that a �diabolical ray� could stop the electrical systems of cars, and gunpowder had been ignited at a distance of about 36 feet. Tesla continued to develop his idea of transmitting electrical energy worldwide using very low frequencies and maintained that his transmitter would produce one hundred million volts and up to a thousand amps�which equates to around a hundred billion watts!

He considered it would resonate at around 2MHz (the Earth�s natural frequency is around 6MHz) producing an amount of energy equivalent to approximately ten megatons of TNT. He intended that all that energy could be focused on anything, with predictably devastating results. This was over 80 years ago and technology has far surpassed these initial experiments, but it is also in the hands of the evil men of the military/industrial complex.

The US/UK underground base at Pine Gap, west of Alice Springs, barely visible on the surface, has an extremely high-voltage plasma accelerator. Plasma and particle beam weapons are cutting-edge warfare technology and make nuclear weapons redundant, which is why our Governments can sell us their disarmament scams. With these bullets, who needs nukes? It can and is, of course, used to down aircraft. This is also the alleged location to which the British Royal family would be evacuated, in the event of an emergency.

The USA, the only �Superpower� (according to Lord Chalfont, Defense Chief of the House of Lords) and other scientifically advanced nations have developed techniques to manipulate the weather. Weather modification can be divided into two major categories: suppression and intensification of weather patterns. In extreme cases, it might involve the creation of completely new weather patterns, attenuation or control of severe storms, or even alteration of global climate on a far-reaching and/or long-lasting scale. In the mildest and least controversial cases it may consist of inducing or suppressing precipitation, clouds, or fog for short times over a region.

The countries earmarked by Henry Kissinger for his �special treatment� are first destabilized by �natural catastrophes� to weaken resistance, before military intervention, but vast armies are no longer needed. Perfected weather control technology will enable an aggressor to withhold rain, cause floods, create drought, tsunami�s and hurricanes, withhold sunshine, damage food crops, and bring any country to its knees without firing a shot. But pathogens deposited by chemtrails keep us all �under the weather.�

The US admitted on CNN that they have been developing a deadly strain of anthrax in secret, this is against International Law, but the excuse given was, it is �counter-terrorism� in order to �detect� a surprise biological attack by terrorists. But viral warfare has the most tragic consequences. AIDS was developed at the National Ordinance Laboratory in Chicago, Illinois in 1972. This virus, a biological weapon to be used against the American population, was created from the glandular excretions of animals, humans and aliens.

There is no defense against AIDS and it was subsequently introduced to the �gay� community through Hepatitis B vaccinations and Central Africa, by the World Health Organisation, during smallpox vaccination programmes. The numbers immunised match exactly the WHO figures for AIDS victims in the Congo. This terminal disease is passed onto unborn offspring, ensuring genocide. Phil Schneider said he saw the Office of Strategic Services documentation detailing these facts. The OSS is still in operation through the CDC in Atlanta.

Schneider did a report on the World Trade Centre bombing, hired because of his knowledge of ninety, or so, varieties of chemical explosives. The aftermath showed concrete puddled and melted, the steel and the rebar was extruded up to six feet longer than its normal length. There is only one weapon that can do that, a small construction-type nuclear device. Schneider said, �when they say it was nitrate explosives that did the damage, they were lying 100%, folks�� A nitrate explosive would hardly have shattered the windows of the federal building in Oklahoma City.

Eleven of Phil Schneider�s best friends have been murdered in the past twenty-two years, eight of them called �suicides,� like the two dozen science graduates employed on Star Wars projects by Marconi and Plessey Defense Systems, whose mysterious (mind-control) �self-destructive� deaths were left with an open-verdict. Some just completely vanished! Other technical experts with access to Top Secret information who are often terminated include microbiologists.

Phil said, �Do we, the people of this planet, deserve this? No we don�t, but we are not doing anything about it. Every moment we waste we are doing other people on the planet a disservice...�
