ROLE OF THE LEADER:
- The leader should be in charge of contacting every
group member both by phone and e-mail when it is necessary.
- The leader should be in charge of organizing group
meetings in order to check the group’s progress or to begin work on a
new task or assignment.
- If a member should miss a meeting for any reason, it
is the leader’s responsibility to get that member’s input prior to the
meeting and speak for them during the meeting. Likewise, the leader should
fill the absent member/s in on the happenings of that meeting.
- The leader should provide an outline of topics that
should be discussed at any given meeting that is called.
- The leader should act as an administrator to keep
track of the team’s bonus points.
- The leader should act in deciding which members work
on which assignments. (For example, who will be doing the debates, who
will work on given projects, etc.)
- It is the leader’s responsibility to meet with
Professor Fonti once every four weeks and inform the rest of the group of
any important topics discussed.
