REMOVING A TEAM MEMBER:
- The process of removing a group member will be the
same as the removal of a leader. Each member can vote on whether or not
they agree with the removal and a majority vote will rule.
- If a member is in fact removed from the group then
all bonus points accrued by that member up until that point will be
distributed to him or her.
- If a team member chooses to leave the team
voluntarily, they are free to do so, however, they will not be awarded any
bonus points to take with them. Our
team feels strongly that it is important to work out problems or
disagreements together and therefore to simply leave the team is not an
example of the group dynamic we are looking for.
