REMOVING A LEADER:
- Team Forte fully supports their group leader and
feels strongly that she will do a good job. However, if any member of the
team starts to feel that the leader is not doing her job it is his or her
responsibility to bring it up to the group.
- A member can bring up any discrepancies he or she
has with the leader during a team meeting. He or she can explain their
reasoning and call for a review of the leader’s performance. This review
will consist of arguments presented in favor of and then against the
removal of the leader. Each team member should get a chance to voice their
opinions, and the leader will be allowed the same chance as well.
- After all arguments have been heard, all group
members (including the leader) will participate in a vote in which
majority rules. This will not be a secret ballot vote, for Team Forte
feels strongly that each member should be able to voice what they think
and stand by it.
- The removal of the leader will require a majority
vote (3 of 5) in favor of the removal
