MISSION/VISION STATEMENT:

    Team Forza’s mission lies not only in succeeding academically in projects and exams but also in learning how to work together as a group to accomplish a given task. Team Forza realizes that in order to truly succeed in any endeavor it is important to hear each individual voice and respect where it is coming from. We want to be one voice, but we want that voice to reflect each team members’ ideas, beliefs, and contributions. Because of this we feel that it is extremely important to get to know each other not just in an academic environment but also in a social one as well. We want Team Forza to be productive and organized, but we also want it to be fun.

    We feel this team aspect is important because it will make each individual member more comfortable expressing his or her ideas when it is time to made a decision. In doing this we hope to ensure that no ideas or comments are held back because a member is too intimidated to contribute. We want different perspectives but we also want to understand where each one is coming from, and in order to do that we really need to know each other in a more personal way. Because there are only 5 of us in this group we really feel that this can be done and we consider it to be our number one goal.

    We approach this class with a generally positive attitude and we really look forward to getting to know each other on this different level. Learning about your co-workers and interacting with them on a daily basis is an extremely important aspect of any position in any organization We realize when we enter a real working environment this will have been a valuable learning experience, and therefore we want to make the best of it.
