Energy Soup

Ingredients
Nuts Almond, Cashew, Sunflower, Pumpkin seeds,
Sesame Seeds
Vegetables Fresh Seasonal Vegetables, such as lettuce, celery,
carrots
Sprouts Alfalfa, Bean Sprout
Seaweed Nori Strips, Hijiki(pre-soaked)
Fruits Water Melon or Papaya or Avocado

Method
Grind the nuts and seeds in a blender.
Add some water followed by all other ingredients to the blender.
Blend for less than 30 seconds.
Amount and type of fruits used will determine the taste and
concentration of the soup.
