Rock Concerts In Legoland?
Ahhh...yes. Legoland. Somewhere in an alternate universe there exists a planet inhabited by stubby yellow humanoids, their culture and land eerily similar to that of our Earth--or, more specifically, somewhere in northwestern Europe. Here, they live rather peacefully under a constitutional monarchy with with slight socialist undertones. Okay, so that's more than you really needed to know...
But, as in all industrialised societies, music is an essential tool of expression and rebellion for the youth.
The next five pictures were taken at the gigs of prominent psychadelic art-metal band Mystik Wizard. Their gigs are notorious for bringing out the fire-breathers, stoners, and pierced freaks...but, sadly, none of that will be seen here. The bloke who submitted these pictures (who shall remain nameless) was obviously too much of a weeny to risk his luck with the boys in the pit and instead opted to hang safely at the back and put down a few pints, where he also faced very little risk of obtaining a halfway decent picture. :-(

Picture #1 Ground Zero
Former manufacturing plant turned music venue. It's a been described as "a bit creepy but atmospheric" by its concertgoers. From the pictures I'd have to agree. Note the relatively strange architecture. Nice drumset.

Picture #2 Ground Zero

Picture #3 Ground Zero
Here we notice that the lead singer fancies dressing up as a military officer. Isn't the crowd surfer lovely? One of the more impressive aspects of this venue is its magnificent sound and lighting system.

Picture #4 Legopolis Theatre
Big music theatre with a balcony. Even so, how did this guy manage to get such a view of the stage??? On this particular occasion they were the opening act for a bigger band, and their drummer still wore a wizard hat at every gig.

Picture #5 Club Subtronic
This was taken at one of Mystik Wizard's earlier gigs, before they added a second guitarist (and some nifty gear) to their lineup. Their bassist Robbie is absent from the stage (he fell off of it.) This is probably the best view of Chaz's impressive drumset.
