Fav movies (other than SW): "Sense and Sensibility," "The Quiet Man," "Harvey," "Raiders of the Lost Ark," "The Princess Bride," "The Manchurian Candidate"

Fav TV shows: I really only watch "The X-Files," the two "Star Trek" shows, and "Ally McBeal." Other than that, I might catch one or both of the two shows that air before XF, but I don't really see anything else.

Fav kinds of music: Well, today I bought Donna Summer's "On The Radio," Rachmaninoff's "Vespers," the best of Clannad, and Us3's "Broadway and 53rd," which is a rap/hip-hop/jazz combo. I can't come up with my demographic niche.

When did you first become a SW fan?: The moment that the glory that is Harrison Ford first appeared before my vision, back when I was seven years old; I looked at Han Solo and the entire beautiful world of heterosexuality unfolded before me. It took me a while to get hooked on the story, but that followed shortly thereafter.

First time to see ANH: when it was first shown

Fav SW movie: I go back and forth between ANH and ESB

Fav SW book: "Children of the Jedi," hands down. (There will always be a soft spot in my heart for Glut's novelization of ESB, despite the fact that it may be one of the worst books ever written; I thumbed through it so much when I was a kid that I have, unfortunately, memorized long passages of his clunky prose. But how could I turn away from a Han-and-Leia love scene?)

Other hobbies and obsessions: XF and Star Trek have both taken up a lot of my time, money and energy for years now. I really enjoy NBA basketball (Jalen Rose = the future. You heard it here first!), moviegoing, and writing both fanfic and work of my own.

Anything else you want to add: While SW was my first love, it's the last fandom I've gotten involved with. And I'm enjoying it so much!
