Today is begins yet another week of my college life . It seemed to move that fast , or was it ?
Tutorials , Case Studies , and Practicals are starting by next week , and things are getting busy onwards .
We started the day today with English for Cmmunications . Our lecturer is Mr. Wong and he's just back from the States
with a Master in TESOL .
Nothing's special happening today ... only that Brother Kit suggested to loitter around our junior's lecture.
They were having PCD I and they were doing constants for C . Kind of brought me down to memory lane , and thought of Philip Quek suddenly .
It's kind of boring .. and I felt very sick espcially Mdm. Ting wanted them to copy , listen , copy , and listen ... Boring .
Discrete Maths is the next lecture but the lecture hall was a bit crowded today . Miss Fong was the youngest lecturer , I guessed , among
the other lecturer who thought us . She looked kind of cute ... ( no offense , please ). After all , she managed to give out the lecture pretty clearly , and
so did other Maths lecturers . They did a great job .
Poh Ling called today asking me whether I can teach her to use MS PowerPoint or not . Me ? Well, I can't make any decisions at that moment for
schedules are very tight for me ... and even though I'm free , I still need to take a break . Well , that's life ... sometimes , you can't choose two things to
do at one time . It made our life so miserable .
All of a sudden , I just thought of PS2 as my wishlist . Personally speaking , I wanted that gaming console so desperately . Every time when I watched Extended Play, all
I can do is to see and see , and see . There were a lot of sequels I wanted to play , namely FFX , FFX-2 , MGS2 : Sons of Liberty , RE4 , etc.
Saving money may be an option ... hmm.. but I'm trying to laugh at myself . Will I be THAT disciplined enough to save a sum of RM 750 to get the console ? Maybe yes , maybe no .
But in any case ... if there's a will , there's a way . Only Goddess knows if I can sucessfully buying it or not .
PHP is now aside , when I knew that I still need some knowledge on MySQL , I can finally stop thinking about PHP and concentrate on these two semesters first . But seriously speaking ,
I felt very very outdated nowadays , especially in Programming . I can't think of any other languages to learn . Perhaps maybe OO programming like C++ or Java ? I don't know . Or maybe I just
treat myself for Linux ? I'm not sure . The only thing I can do now is to study , study , and study . Felt boring sometimes , added with hot wave that 'flamed' our country , it's hard to bear .
I guess it's just another 3 boring months standing in front of me . Nothing's special coming ahead . Death Toll caused by SARS is still increasing , can't go out to anywhere .. and I really prayed hard
for this demon to be vanquished . I wanted to watch The Matrix Reloaded . Everyone watched the movie . Only me alone who is such a .. I don't know what to say .... perhaps a boring person ?
OO nite is coming this June and that's the only major event that will happen in college . I just wondered if there are other major events coming for my future society too ? Maybe not ....
