The Snake finally crawled into CIT-CyberEdge's hole - 25 February 2003

Aargh ... today i had to wake up early at 6 am . Felt very tired and wanted to sleep a little longer . I had no choice but to wake myself up immediately .

Traffic was pretty good today . I reached campus at 7:40 am . Today was yet another miserable day when I found that there's nothing much to eat at Canteen 1. Hello ? Anybody home ? I mean , the management is getting poorer and poorer . I can't even get a plate of Wantan Mee . So , I went to DK7 instead and planned to put my bag there . The hall was damn empty and hot too . It wasn't like that when we attend micro lecture during first sem. The air-con was in full blast.

Went to Canteen 2 to look for foods . Saw Ket Weng and Tze Kin walking towards me . This time , he parked his car near the main entrance of TARC . After a quick chat , I went straight to Canteen 2 . To my disapointment , again , no good foods . So , I just walked back to DK7 with misery .

Upon reaching DK7 , there's already been a lot of people there . Saw Kam Foo first . Then came Chiew Yen and Bernard . Bernard didn't changed a lot . Still the same hairstyle and fashion , just like me . Samuel was there too . A few minutes later , I walked into the hall and you guessed it , all my frens that I've been wanted to meet were there . The only difference is that Catherine was not studying here anymore . She's doing cosmetics . Without hessitation , I went places to talk to Jin Wen , Ai Ean , and the rest of their gang . Shu Leng came today with a new look : She tied her hairs . She looked cute that way . Looked very different from the past sems . But that's what I called a semester with a difference . Everyone , boys , girls , they all had a haircut and threw away their ego and started a new life .

Statistics lecture was kind of boring . The lecturer was a young lady . We called her Miss Yap . Never underestimate a young lady like her . When the class was on riot , the lecturer managed to tame the wild monkeys !!!!

Me , Chee Sum , Bernard , and Brother Kit was having a sleepy time attending that lecture . Intro was boring . It has no difference with studying IT . It was so factual . We even had to attend the lecture for almost 2 dreadful hours. After this , hopefully , we can finally learn something that has calculations .

When the lecture was over , me and Chee Sum went to Canteen 1 to have breakfast . Oh , man ! All the foods were sold out damn fast like the war was going on. Didn't get the chance to talk to Joan that much today since she was chatting with few of her friends . Went to Canteen 2 with Chee Sum and ate fried meehoon . Taste bad ! Those noodles was totally oily !

Then , we had Web Page Design lecture . I was so anxious that time and I was expecting the lecturer to bring high-tech gadgets to the lecture hall . AGAIN , to my disappointment , I had yet another boring 2 hours lecture there . By the way , the lecturer's name is Mr.Lee . He told us nothing but history of Internet and those Internet stuffs . He only taught us HTML tags during the last 30 minutes .

I can feel that I lost all of my energy walking out from the lecture hall 2 hours later . Today , no Canteen 1 inferior foods !!! I went to Canteen 3 ( Clubhouse ) with Chee Sum for lunch . Though the price was a bit expensive , it's worth my full stomach . After that , we went to library to finish up our Statistics tutorial . Tutorials tomorrow. Do , or DIE !

After finishing statistics tutorial , I did some personal tutorials for my Assembly Language study . I don't know why suddenly I like that language . Maybe because it's capability to work with machine . I'm kind of enthusiastic about how my machine actualy work . Did some binary to decimal conversion exercises and I also learned about HEX stuffs , etc ..

1 more hour to go , we went to CIT for some relaxation . This time , I finally able to shut off that CyberEdge thingy for good . Thanks to Chris Pirillo , I managed to prevent the startup of CyberEdge using msconfig . Actually , the CyberEdge thingy was a VB program stored in C:\Program Files\Project1\ directory . When you shut off the program , chances are , you can login straight without having to worry if you cannot Alt-Tabbing . Number 2 , you now can login annonymously and you can browse the Net for as long as you like and your credit won't even get deducted . Besides that , when anything happened to CIT , you can escape untraced . When you log on anonymously , they can't even keep track on who's using a particular PC at an interval of time . I even created a mini C program , just to access msconfig much faster and rename the \Project1 directory files for good .

Cracking's aside . We then went for BM 2 class . Personally speaking , it's been already a year something I didn't touch or speak BM that much . I felt kind of awkward when I attended that class . When the lecturer gave us spelling , I should say , ejaan , I can't get all of them correct , since I already forgot most of the grammar rules , that would be very bad to me . However , I must get back what I lost in SPM , and I'll do it again .

It's raining when I was about to go home . Today , I can go home earlier since the schedule was changed . Otherwise , I will be staying up until 7 pm and reach home at about 8 something pm . Yvonne called me just now and when I was about to speak , the call was disconnected . SPM results will be out tomorrow . STPM will be on Friday . I wonder how Yvonne , Yap , Yin Wei , Two of my cousins - Chun Wah and Mei Moon , and the other juniors will get for tomorrow . May Goddess bless them all !
