A tribute to the life of one amazing girl

This page is a tribute to a young girl who I admire so much for her bravery and courage.  To go from living in freedom to living in restriction to living in hiding to living as a prisoner takes a lot of courage to do.  She did it and with stregnth.

Many people have read Anne's Diary, but know so little about her life before and after the timespan her diary covers.  This page means to do just that.  Read a short biography of Anne and a short piece about the people who helped Anne and her family hide for 25 months from the Nazis, and the other family that lived with her in hiding.    Since the Anne Frank foundation wishes that others do not upload pictures of Anne, or her familly, this page will not feature any pictures. To see pictures of Anne and her family, please vist the Anne Frank foundation website.

Anne was not the onl child who died during the Holocaust, millions of others did as well, many of whom we never will know their names.  Wee should remember the Holocaust  and learn from it so that we do not repeat anything like it.  Anne's story, along with others should be preserved since we may never get to hear them much anymore (many survivors of the Holocaust have passed away, so many stories may get lost)

So let's remember the tragic events of the Holocaust through the voice of on young lady.
