| Prom is a formal dance given by a high school or a college class. For most high schools (especially larger schools), only juniors and seniors are allowed to go. The exception to this is if you are a freshman, sophmore, or college student who is invited by a junior or a senior to acompany them as a date. It is usually organized by a commitee made up of juniors. | |||||||
