Being part of your outfit, you want them to be cute. Always find shoes that either match your dress in color or compliment it. Some (usually more expensive shops) will even dye your shoes to match the color of your dress. If you have your shoes ahead of time, it's helpful to take them with you when you shop for a dress so you know how long of a dress to buy. If you have a long dress and your shoes don't show, it's not a huge deal what you wear, so don't waste a lot of money. A lot of people take their shoes off anyways. Make sure to wear your shoes for awhile (inside your house so they don't get dirty) before the dance so they are broke in. This will save you the trouble of blisters. |
