WYOMING
This is a flat state, as far as I could tell.  This picture shows a steepe, which is still flat, just elevated.  There were also quite a few herds of cattle and sheep, and the occasional statue of a cowboy perched on a hilltop.  -Melissa
I had never seen a power plant before, and I thought it was interesting.  Of course, it looked a lot closer in person.
-Melissa
This is getting into the northern part of the state, as the mountains suggest.  Look at the road ahead and tell me just how interesting you think that drive was (not).  -Melissa
From a gas station north of Casper, it was really quite beautiful, with air that was crisp and breezy and lots of sunshine.  There should be a couple of horses here somewhere.  -Melissa
During the entire 5 hours of Wyoming, I was continually watching the ridgeline for a band of wild indians.  For those who have seen them, these cliffs look just like those of the 50's movies where the indians surround the ridge and storm the heros.--Bill
Eastern Wyoming was as boring as West Texas.  The 1st pic on the page has a small dome rock formation, not unlike Devil's Tower.--Bill
