As the fishing tournament got started, Bob logs his big catch of the day. This one is going to be difficult to beat. As you can see, this fish is easily around 8 pounds...give or take 7.9 pounds. After contemplating taking this prize winner to the taxidermist, he decided the right thing to do would be to throw it back. It took all his strength, but Moby Dick was released back into the wild. |

However, Bob's celebration was cut short as soon as I was able to pull this large mouth bass out of the pond. Thankfully I had a 12 pound test line on my rod when I pulled this fish out. He fought bravely, but after a two hour fight, I was able to land the fish successfully. Unfortunately, my celebration would be cut short, as mine was not the prize catch of the day. |
