About This Layout
This is a Div layers layout, I tried to make it look like a tables layout. It features two girls (one is a human and the other is a mermaid I think). I do have a suggestgion as to where to put your site name (that is if you have one), I would put it right above the content, (the font style is porcelin), but if you feel that is too much for you to do you can always request me to do it for you. I put in many sections in the menus, if you don't wanna use the sectios its all right with me if you change them. The layout also has a really cute link effect (well atleast I think its cute), hoover over a link and see :D In order for you to use the tagboard you need to open an account at tagboard.com and insert the working html code yourself or you could remove it if you don't want it there, but if you do get an account I would leave the colors for the tagboard setup like I have them otherwise it will look very ugly and you can also delete the board.html file.
