Chrismons
Ornaments to fit a CD @ 4.75 inches

In earlier times Christians would have Passion Plays during the Advent Season. As part of the play they would have a scene with Adam and Eve about the Tree of Life with the Fruit that gave eternal life in the Garden of Eden. The Tree was also symbolic of the Second Coming and the Tree of Life in New Jerusalem (Revelation). They used a fir tree in the play, because it remained green through the winter. For the fruit of the tree, they hung apples. They also hung representations of the Host on it, the bread used at Holy Holy Communion, which normally had the sign of the cross on it, and other images. These Chrismons contain images which may be used by registered centurions on their Christmas Tree. We have sized them to match the size of the common compact disk. You may resize them with most graphics programs that come on computers for other sizes such as wood disks. Contact Primus Pilus for more information.
