| 1: Military Chain of command is in place at all times. If a member outranks you, his/her orders stand, and you must carry them out if ordered so. 2: You are a constant diplomat of Order of the Black Lion. It is always in your interest, and that of the guild's, to improve relations with other guilds at all times, even at times in which they insult or demean yourself or Order of the Black Lion and it's allies. 3: Allies of Order of the Black Lion hold the same value to you as a guildmate. Always assist our allies if you are in a position to do so. 4: We will never take contracts from any employer. We fight for cause, not coin. 5: It is the foundation of this guild that all races and creeds of Aerynth be treated equaly. It is your duty to see that any injustice to a race or creed does not go unnoticed. 6: Positions within Order of the Black Lion are chosen on skill and dedication. Any member has the chance to attain any rank, including the guildleader status of General. If you intend to gain in your rank, you must expect your responsibilities to rise, and take steps to meet them. 7: Death is always second to dishonor. There are no taking steps backwards in battle. A member of Order of the Black Lion is expected to train themself to perfection in all of the arts of war. |
