Recent ORDAINED Updates

April 13th - This Saturday (14th), The Reverend & Wally Dog will be jamming with some of the musicians who have replied to our ads. The guys will be meeting and jamming with guitarists and bassists. The jam will start at 10:30 pm, and go until 12 midnight. Our rehearsal place is all set up with several Marshall & Mesa Boogie guitar amps and Bassoon bass amps (the kind Nikki Sixx uses) so that nobody has to lug amps or heads or any of that to jam. Just show up with your guitar or bass. The jam room is ready, willing and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All of the people who are coming out have already met with The Reverend and have been "approved" for ORDAINED. That means that everyone coming out to jam with us is in the running to be chosen as a member of ORDAINED. We will NOT be wasting anyones time and there is no use in people coming out who want to play country, pop, rap, jazz etc. EVERY SINgle musician who will be jamming with us this Saturday is ready to blast out some METAL! The Sin City METAL scene is about to get alot louder.....

April 12th - REV-TV is searching for bands, artists, comedians, actors, magicians etc. to appear on the late night program. Acts coming through town can promote your gigs and get some Sin City exposure. The Reverend welcomes any styles of music and/or performances. A main staple of REV-TV is the SINterview segments. Several bands and some SINteresting people have been SINterviewed for broadcast on the show and we have had terrific response thus far. Managers - here is a chance to get some publicity for your acts. Call The Reverend and schedule a SINterview with your band(s), or contact him for details on getting your video on REV-TV. Each 30 minute episode is crammed with as much rock & roll mayhem as possible. Videos, SINterviews, comedy skits, SINstructional segments, bootleg live concert footage and generally a really good time. For all the bands in Vegas who complain about not getting any exposure, airplay or an even break, here is your chance! REV-TV is in our eighth week and we still have five more weeks to go before renegotiating our contract. If you want to get in on this train, don't drag your feet! Drop us an email or give The Reverend a call and YOU can get your band on REV-TV!

(posted) April 8th - Violence always finds a way. While moving SINto his new condo, The Reverend made a new friend. This new person was so nice, a fist fight almost broke out. For the SINtire story, check out The Reverends Rant.

April 8th - No rest for the wicked. REV-TV will be celebrating Episode Seven this upcoming weekend. The program is going strong and slowly but surely gaining an audience. While the time slot would have been a disaster back East, 2 am on Saturday night in Sin City is a SINtirely different story. After hours clubs here OPEN at 4 am. The Reverend wants to thank everyone who has been watching and everyone who has supported the show in any way. Any and all support is greatly and humbly appreciated. Thank you all once again.

April 8th - The Reverend & now more reSINtly Wally Dog have been speaking with musicians all over Vegas for the past few months. The results so far are very SINcouraging. This week we will be meeting and jamming with several guitarists and bassists. The list for this week has been compiled from the many, many phone calls and SINterviews with everyone from 67 year old fat bald guys to lounge musicians and everything in between. Once the word got out that ORDAINED was in town looking for talent, the woodwork was crawling with musicians. Details of the jams will be posted here.

April 6th - REV-TV show listings are now online! Click the link on the SINdex page to see what each episode has to offer. The listings are in broadcast order and each has a detailed description of the shows content. REV-TV has signed with KTUD TV Channel 14 / Cable 25 to supply the station with 13 weekly episodes. The listings will be updated weekly AFTER the show has been broadcast.

April 4th - Die Music Group has renegotiated ORDAINEDs contract. RepreSINtatives from the label and Ordained Sinterprises came to an agreement that will see DMG repreSINting the group for the next 2 years. The contract has a "full length clause" concerning new release(s), along with a provision to SINclude music for any upcoming DMG compilation releases. ORDAINED has established a pattern, starting with the debut EP with every other release being a full length. There will be additional SINformation posted concerning the contracts provisions on this site in the near future. 2007 marks the sixth year that ORDAINED has been with Die Music Group.

(posted) March 29th - Wally Dog is working on changing his nickname from the King Of Porn to the King Of Video Poker. While playing at the Boulder Station Hotel Casino this past week, Dog hit a Royal Flush ($1000) and then on the very next day, busted the same machine for 4 of a kind (Aces - $600). Before moving to Vegas, Dog was the Roulette King. Now that he resides here, Video Poker has taken hold. Nothing like free money!

March 28th - The Reverend will be moving SINto his brand new Dolce condo later today. The 2 br/2 bath unit is one block from the Symphony condo where The Dog resides. The 2nd bedroom in the new condo will be made SINto rock & roll office space for Ordained Sinterprises, Inc. Currently, OSI is based out of Sinvocation (Revs shop on Main Street near the Stratosphere Tower). With this move, new office space for Die Music Group will also be obtained. DMG has relocated to Sin City and they are gearing up and scouting bands on the Vegas music scene. The mailing addresses for The Reverend, ORDAINED and Ordained Sinterprises, Inc. will now be: ORDAINED, 2750 S. Durango Drive, # 3153, Las Vegas, NV 89117. DMG will be using: 2606 S. Durango Drive, Unit 275, Las Vegas, NV 89117.

March 24th - Wally Dog has officially arrived! While waiting for the Blue Oyster Cult concert (he had won front row tickets) at the Boulder Station Hotel Casino, Dog hit a royal flush on a video poker machine for a cool $1000. You can't do that in Virginia! Hey, ALWAYS play maximum bet. Had he only put in $1 instead of $1.25 (max bet), when the royal hit he would have won $50 - $100. That extra quarter makes a BIG difference. A thousand dollar difference. ALWAYS play max bet!
