February 5th - ORDAINED STILL UNDISPUTED CHAMPION OF HEAVY METAL! The Ministers Of Metal once again were named Best Metal Band In Virginia..... thanks to the support of our fans! The ORDAINED congregation once again stood tall and proud over all others. We want to thank everyone who once again showed their faith in Heavy Metal and ORDAINED.

February 4th - ORDAINED WINS 2005 BEST METAL BAND! Portfolio magazine hosted the 7th Annual Virginia Rock Awards tonight, with ORDAINED being nominated to defend the title we won last year. Thanks to our fans and congregation members, who all took the time to fill out the ballots and mail them in. ORDAINED would also like to thank Jeff & Bill and the SINtire staff of Portfolio, all the other bands who were nominated, and to the staff of Station Two in Norfolk, VA.

(posted) January 26th - ORDAINED bassist Joe Frost SINjured his right forearm and had to have surgery to repair the damage. Slicing his arm on broken glass, it nicked the bone and fucked up his tendons. Doctors say that he will be able to jam regularly within 2 months. In the meantime, ORDAINED will continue writing more new tunes for our next releases.

January 19th - ONLINE VOTING HAS STARTED at www.fm99.com. ORDAINED is requesting help from our fans and congregation members. The radio station has had ORDAINED in the studio on several occassions, most reSINtly back in November. Go to the FM 99 site, and click the link to cast your vote.

January 17th - Music Extreme magazine out of Argentina has posted a review for "Greatest Cuts". Here is the English translation: "Here we have a killer compilation of tunes from all of Ordained`s releases from 1997 up to 2004. And it is really good to listen the evolution of this powerful thrashing band going from the primitive almost rocking metal sounds of 1997 represented for example here by "Flow to Hell" up to the pure thrash of "The Diary..." from 2003s "Altar Ego" the band shows a lot of progression, not only in style but also in musicianship delivering on each release better riffs and arrangements. The Reverends voice is always there being the core of Ordaineds music and giving a lot of identity to the music. Thirteen tracks show the different line ups that Ordained had through all the years and you can listen the differences and the musical changes when the line-up was evolving into the actual one. A great compilation of metal tunes that are a testimony of this bands hard work in the underground and of the good compositions that they deliver constantly." -- end of review -- To check out Music Extreme, go to www.musicextreme.com.

January 8th - We have added a new link for our SINsored version of "The Diary Of Jack The Ripper". Thanks to former ORDAINED bassist Dean Palokangas for setting up the code so that we can post it here.

January 8th - A new Rant has been added in the Welcome From The Reverend section. Some people just don't listen, and The Rev is fucking fed up with it. There is a forest in front of you, but you can't see it because of all the trees. Shut your mouth and open your eyes and ears.

January 6th - There is still time to mail in your ballots for the Virginia rock Awards. ORDAINED is on the ballot again this year, and we need YOUR support! The votes MUST be snail mailed in and DON'T FORGET THAT STAMP PRICES HAVE SINCREASED TWO CENTS! Thank you in advance to all the fans and congregation members who have made ORDAINED the Undisputed Champion Of Heavy Metal. Our fans are the reason for our success and we will NEVER forget that.

(posted) January 6th - The Reverend has returned from Sin City Las Vegas, and will be scheduling another trip out west soon. The trip went well, with The Rev helping Brattany move SINto his 2 bedroom condo 4 miles from the Strip. This will serve as the western office of ORDAINED & Die Music Group. Friday night, the pair went to see Neil Diamond at the MGM Grand. The Reverend was so stoked that he almost destroyed the chairs when Neil hit the stage. Neil Diamond played over 2 hours, with every SINgle song being a hit, he performed with no opening band and played 28 tunes! It was very apparent that The Rev was raising more Hell than everyone else in the building, much to the surprise of the mostly older crowd. Put it this way... nobody else was heard yelling "HOLY SHIT! He's playing {insert song title here}!" New Years Eve found the couple downtown at the Cheap Trick concert, also taking part in the World's Largest Toast. Guinesses Book Of World records was there and the new world record for a toast is 16,000 people. This makes the second time The Reverend is in the GBOWR. In 2003, he was in Times Square for the NYE celebrations and took part in the Largest Synchronized Bell Ringing. The Reverend did not gamble as much as usual, however he was WASTED on NYE, and had to be woken up several times after passing out at the blackjack tables. HA! Go big or go home!

(posted) January 6th - Wally "The Dog" Parris was in New York City for the NYE celebrations with his friend Gigi. The pair were spotted at the record setting performance of "Spamalot" at the Shubert Theatre, at the Jets NFL game, and all around town for the extended weekend. The Dog will be returning to the NYC region in the near future.

December 28th - For those of you who were not able to grab a copy of the ORDAINED DVD "Altar Vidego", we have posted the SINsored version of our video for the song "The Diary Of Jack The Ripper". This video features award winning porn star Lovette. The video for "Sealed With A Fist" filmed live at The Norva in Norfolk VA was the only ORDAINED video fans could view without owning the "Altar Vidego" DVD. SWAF is not on the DVD, however, and the DVD is out of print. We have been getting requests from fans who want to see the Jack video, so a new link has been added on our home page. Check it out!
