June 15th - Metal To Infinity has posted a review for the newest ORDAINED album, "SINspirational MuSICK - Greatest Cuts". This 'zine is out of Belgium and has supported ORDAINED for quite a while. Heavy Metal is a major force over in Europe and ORDAINED has ALWAYS been SINvolved in some way or another with the scene outside of The States. Just this week, ORDAINED has been contacted by 'zines and radio stations from the Phillipines, France, Germany, Portugal, Argentina, the Netherlands and Austria. All these 'zines have contacted us, not the other way around. Stay tuned sinners for more ORDAINED news from around the globe.....
June 12th - Metal To Infinity out of Belgium has just posted a SINterview with The Reverend in their newest issue. They will be reviewing the newest ORDAINED release "SINspirational MuSICK - Greatest Cuts" in their next issue. (posted) June 12th - ORDAINED is working on solidifying our title of Undisputed Champion Of Heavy Metal. We have been busy writing new material for an upcoming ORDAINED release. These new tunes are so fucking Heavy Metal that posers will explode upon hearing them. No de-tuned crap, no technical bullshit, no "impress the musicians" blowjob shit, just headbanging Metal..... the way it is supposed to be. More details on the song titles, subject matter, etc. coming soon........
June 12th - ORDAINED will be meeting this week with a promoter/manager to discuss steps to advance our career in the music scene. The promoter has called several times over the past week or so and has expressed much SINterest in ORDAINED. Can't go SINto much detail right now, however we will give you all the news as soon as we get it ourselves.
June 2nd - For those of you who are fans of Rogg TV, check it out..... the show has been moved to Friday nights at midnight. The station thought that it could draw more viewers with a Friday night timeslot. Besides various other skits and footage, this weeks episode will feature the ORDAINED "Sealed With A Fist" video that was shot live at The Norva. If you can't get Rogg TV where you live, copies of each episode on DVD are available for purchase. Pick up a copy and start a collection! May 31st - "Remember Me Now, I'm Motorhead" is now available! The tribute album features ORDAINEDs take on the classic track "Civil War" from the Motorhead Overnight Sensation album. The totally professional package, which was put together and released by Scatboy Records, has liner notes from former Motorhead guitarist Larry, along with a killer selection of MH tunes from many underground bands. Early buzz about the album has stated that ORDAINEDs contribution is the best of the bunch. This album will be available at ORDAINED Revival Crusades as well as in our online Shopping SINter.
May 30th - The ORDAINED Heavy Metal Revival Crusade comes to Raleigh, NC in June! For the first time in over 4 years, ORDAINED will attack the city of Raleigh, NC with a stop at The Brewery on Friday the 24th. Our good friend Dio (who was the first person to book ORDAINED in NC way back in 1996) has scheduled a NC Revival Crusade Service in support of the newest ORDAINED release "SINspirational MuSICK - Greatest Cuts". This will mark the return of what is hoped will be a new round of regular performances in that section of the state. Dio is responsible for bringing ORDAINED SINto NC for a massive set of dates that ran from 1996 up until 2001, when the departure of original ORDAINED guitarist Rob Soul put the bands touring schedule on temporary hiatus. This Revival will mark the first Raleigh appearance of ORDAINED with guitarist Mike Pagan and bassist Joe Frost, along with mainstays drummer Wally "The Dog" Parris & vocalist The Reverend. May 23rd - Once again, ORDAINED has scared the fuck out of one too many club owners in our hometown area. Denial and outright lies have caused ORDAINED to be BANNED from performing at several venues in Va. Beach VA. This is the home of Pat Robertson and CBN and also to a bunch of close minded fucks who don't know their head from a hole in the ground. ORDAINED performed at a popular "Metal" club in Va. Beach a month or so back and had the place packed with paying customers who were drinking heavily. I personally know 3 people whose bar tabs were $75 EACH. After we perform, the club owner tells us we didn't have anybody in there and he didn't make any money. Then he tells us he doesn't want us back in his bar. All the while this is the biggest crowd this fucking bar has seen in months. One of the so called "popular" local bands had played there the night before to a crowd of only 12 people! Long story short, we will be booking massive out of state revivals once again, and unfortunately, no local performances unless it is under special circumstances. See ya on the road!
May 16th - ORDAINED had a triumphant return to the City Of Brotherly Love this past weekend. Philadelphia welcomed The Ministers Of Metal for our performance at the Northstar. We converted many fans to our congregation, and also made several contacts who are working on bringing ORDAINED back for more Revival services. Thanks go out to Beth, Vicki and Ken for driving a combined total of 16 hours to come attend the performance. We are awaiting a phone call that will SINform us of our next move concerning the German promoters. As soon as we hear from them, we will let you know the details.
May 13th - Friday the 13th is here and ORDAINED is in Philadelphia! The Undisputed Champion of Heavy Metal will be performing Saturday the 14th at Northstar Bar, one of Phillys best venues to see live bands. Come out and show your support for The Ministers Of Metal as this show was set up by German promoters to see what type of crowd ORDAINED can draw outside our normal hometown area. We look forward to performing for our Philly congregation and also look forward to converting fans from other bands SINto members of the D.O.O.M. Club. Drop in and hang out with Wally "The Dog"Parris, Mike Pagan, Joe Frost & The Reverend and see what made the fans choose ORDAINED as the Best Metal band In Virginia! Doors open at 7 pm, ORDAINED hits the stage at 11 pm on the dot, See you there!
