Recent ORDAINED Updates
March 14th - ORDAINED will be making a MAJOR announcement to coincide with our April 8th headlining performance at The Norva. We have been working hard and the good news keeps coming in, bigger and better. ORDAINED is working on doing something special for our congregation and fans, SINce we owe all our success to their support. Check back often for the details. For those of you who haven't already done so, you can join the Die Music Group E-Mail List and you will receive updates on ORDAINED (as well as the other DMG artists) about once a month. This is a good way to keep up on what is happening here at ORDAINED SINtral, and periodically, DMG will have special offers available only to the members on the email list. It is free to sign up and you can ask to be removed from the list at any time. March 13th - Thank you to all the fans and congregation members who made it out to our first performance in Virginia Beach, VA in two years. March 11th - It has been confirmed!
ORDAINED will be headlining The Norva!
First off, let's get a few things straight - 1) THEY contacted US, not the other way around. 2) This is NOT a pay to play situation, like ALL the other bands around here that have played at The Norva. 3) This could not & would not have been possible 4 years ago. Although ORDAINED has been at the top of our game SINce our SINception, until now, we have always had some sort of SINternal conflict to hold us back..... That is no longer the case. March 11th - Gearing up for our return to Virginia Beach, VA. This performance will be 4 days short of the 2 year mark SINce we have performed in Va. Beach. For those of you in our local area, you may have caught the commercials for the Revival on MTV2. This will be our EP release bash for the new "50 ways To Kill Your Lover" disc. 18 & over will be admitted and we have two killer bands - Dieoxide & Chaos Theory - warming up for us. Come out and support The Ministers Of Metal in Va. Beach!
March 6th - When you are the Undisputed Champion of Heavy Metal, there are always some clowns who think that you are undeserving or that they are better than you. Punk ass emails don't mean shit. If you think you can compete, come out to a Revival Crusade Service and witness for yourself what all the fuss is about. If you have never been to one of our performances, shut the fuck up.
February 21st - ORDAINED would like to thank all the fans and congregation members who have been calling and SINding congratulatory emails. Without YOUR support, ORDAINED could never achieve the degree of success YOU have made possible. Not a single band that won an award Saturday night, with the exception of ORDAINED, thanked their fans during their acceptance speech. To all the other bands who are reading this, take a note: YOUR FANS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOU ARE.
February 20th - The votes have been counted and the smoke has cleared and as expected, ORDAINED has been rightfully crowned Undisputed Champion Of Heavy Metal. The 6th Annual Ninevolt Virginia Rock Awards were held last night in Norfolk, VA. ORDAINED was nominated for Best Metal Band and Best Live Band. Although we did not win the Live Band award, the one we were most concerned with, Best Metal Band, was a title we had claimed for ourselves a long time ago. YOU voted for ORDAINED to win this award and now everyone KNOWS who the Undisputed Champion Of Heavy Metal is..... THANK YOU to ALL our fans and congregation members who have kept the faith in Metal & ORDAINED and who took the time to vote. This award would not have been possible without our fans. Thank you all once again.
February 20th - ORDAINED has confirmed our return to Philadelphia, PA. Wally "The Dog" Parris along with The Reverend flew up to meet the European promoters and the Revival has been booked at the Northstar Bar, one of the largest and best known venues in Philly. The Revival Crusade Service will be held on Saturday May 14th, with all congregation members 18 & over admitted. ORDAINED will have advance tickets available for $12, there will be no advance tickets sold at the venue (day of performance tickets will be $18 at the door). This performance is very important, as it is designed to showcase ORDAINED off to the booking agents for overseas festivals, as well as scouts looking to add new talent to existing tours.
