October 21st - ORDAINED will have brand new merchandise available at our Halloween Eve Revival Crusade Service. 2 new t-shirt designs, 4 new sticker designs, the "Altar Vidego" DVD, and also copies of our most reSINt album "Altar Ego". In addition, Die Music Group will be having special raffles for X rated comic books and posters autographed by XXX porn star Lovette, along with ORDAINED merchandise.
October 19th - Our meeting this past weekend with the promoters from Germany went over killer! As a direct result of this, they booked a performance for ORDAINED in Philadelphia for January 13th at the infamous club 5 Spot. This show will be a "testing of the waters" so to speak, enabling them to witness ORDAINED live on stage. For all of our fans in the Philly area, we will have tickets for sale starting November 6th. The club will be charging $15 at the door the night of our performance for this special event, however ORDAINED will have tickets made available EXCLUSIVELY to our congregation for only $10. These tickets will be available ONLY IN ADVANCE DIRECTLY FROM ORDAINED. The venue will not be selling advance tickets. More details to be announced soon.
October 17th - Be sure to tune in on Sunday October 24th to 88.7 fm WFOS from 2 - 4 pm. TJ the DJ has SINvited ORDAINED to come SINto the studio and take over his Jivin' & Drivin' show. Expect plenty of promotion for our big Halloween performance on the 30th, and also some tunes you will NEVER hear anywhere on the dial around here. We will be raising Hell for the SINtire two hour show. Make sure you don't miss it! TJ the DJ is the ONLY person and WFOS 88.7 fm the ONLY station in Hampton Roads with balls big enough to have ORDAINED in the studio LIVE with no delay or corporate set playlist. If you're scared to have us on, say you're fucking scared, motherfuckers!
October 17th - ORDAINED will be in Philadelphia for the next two days for an important meeting with European promoters. These guys are flying in and are going to set up a showcase performance for ORDAINED in Philly for early 2005. That performance will determine our next step. Check back next week for the details of what went on at the meeting.
October 10th - ORDAINED was SINvited by KOMP 92.3 fm in Las Vegas and has been added to ListenerStation. LS is a listing/tracking service that supplies over 100 radio station programming directors nationwide with new material. Check out www.listenerstation.com and you can listen to 10 of ORDAINEDs tunes and register your opinions. This is a major step in the battle for Metal, and we urge all of our congregation to visit the site and see what it is all about.
October 10th - Thanks to all our congregation and fans who made it out to the ORDAINED special announcement last night in Portsmouth at Club Rockfest. After all the flyers, emails and postings on both the ORDAINED and Die Music Group sites, a bunch of you figured it out beforehand. For those of you who did not make it out, you missed a surprise, unannounced performance by ORDAINED. This performance was the first time we have jammed publicly with our new bassist Joe Frost, as well as being the first time ORDAINED has appeared on stage SINce 2003. We blasted out a 7 song set, which SINcluded fan favorites and new, never before heard live tunes. This performance was a total stripped down, bare bones effort and just a taste musically of what will be heard on the 30th of this month for The Return Of ORDAINED at Michael Bobs in Norfolk VA. This performance was set up almost 2 months ago, and with its success, proves just who the fucking Kings are around here. There were over 65 people who showed up, all without knowing that ORDAINED was going to perform. Extreme Thanks go out to Dreadline for keeping the secret and letting us jam on their equipment, John at Loud As Hell Entertainment for helping us to set it up and pull it off and to Club Rockfest, who had no clue at all that this was going to happen. Special Thanks to all the ORDAINED fans and congregation members who have kept the faith, never let us down and came out to show their support. You all know who you are! October 10th - For everyone who was not at the surprise performance last night in Portsmouth, besides our performance, we made a special announcement. On Monday the 18th of October, ORDAINED will be in Philadelphia for a meeting with the organizers/promoters of the Wacken Open Air Festival. ORDAINED was contacted by them, not vice versa. For anyone who has no clue what that the W.O.A. is, we'll clue you in. For the past 14 years (2005 will mark the 15th anniversary), the Wacken Open Air Festival has been the largest outdoor Heavy Metal festival in the world. Over three days, bands will perform on 3 stages, with a "True" stage (for bands like Iron Maiden, Saxon, Dio), a "Blackmetal" stage (for bands such as Darkthrone, Mayhem, Emperor) and a "Headbanger" stage (for bands such as Motorhead, Anthrax, Nevermore). The festival draws over 50,000 people and is held in Germany. More details to be posted as soon as we get them in here.
