Recent ORDAINED Updates
August 18th- New photo gallery thumbnail pages have been added today. After scanning, cropping, automating, saving and uploading, The Reverend, Worker & Dean have finally got the pics online. The two Revivals from which the photos are from took place in May & July of 2002 in Va. Beach, VA. The page with pics from our recent Revival in North Carolina will be posted soon.
August 14th - Music Extreme Zine from Argentina has just published a SINterview with The Reverend & Wally "The Dog" Parris. We have posted a link on our home page. Check it out and check out the Music Extreme site. It has a massive amount of reviews, SINterviews, and all around Metal SINformation.
August 10th - Mere minutes after ORDAINED took the stage at the Metal Mindrage Festival, the mayor and civic league for the entire town of Chincoteague, VA stormed the building and demanded the ENTIRE show be shut down because of "the satanic band that is performing". Security had to be called in to qwell the mayor and his cohorts, and the performance went on as scheduled. ORDAINED was (as usual) the only band with any type of stage show or presence whatsoever. People can talk all the trash they want, but an entire band in jeans, t-shirts and tennis shoes that just stands there when they play AIN'T FUCKING SHIT! All you bands out there, WAKE UP! Work the crowd, jump around, or at least MOVE around, you lame fucks! GIVE THE FUCKING FANS A SHOW OR GET THE FUCK OFF THE STAGE MOTHERFUCKERS!
August 9th - Wally "The Dog" Parris made the trek to the City of Kings -- Richmond, VA for a meeting with porn queen Lovette today. She had contacted The Dog a few weeks back about possibly having ORDAINED record a theme song for her. The Dog let her know when he met up with her that ORDAINED has already written the song, titled "Lovette", which will be recorded and released on our upcoming full length album. This new ORDAINED tune has a nasty groove that grabs you and won't let go. The new song will be sure to become an ORDAINED congregation favorite. Lovette won the AVN (Adult Video Network) award (the porn equivalant of an Oscar) for "Best Anal Sex Scene" (FUCK YEAH!!!!!). She also is a major fan of Heavy Metal. Nothing goes better with slutty sluts than Heavy Metal and nothing goes better with Heavy Metal than ORDAINED!
(posted) August 4th - The ORDAINED Revival Crusade last night in North Carolina was packed. We would like to thank Buck, Caroline, Teresa, Christy, Sheena, Christ, Delta, Tattoo Tony and all who made it out to the club and the bash at the hotel afterwards. The hotel bash went on well into the morning hours. Everyone partied until around 5 am before crashing out. After loading up our equipment the following morning, Mike went to the new tattoo parlor next door and had the "Dead Zone" ink touched up on his right forearm. This was our first appearance at the Wildlife Lounge and ORDAINED was asked to return and perform again. The owner of a different club was also in the crowd and asked if ORDAINED would be SINterested in performing at his club in Havelock, NC. We will keep you posted on the upcoming Revivals as soon as we book them.
July 28th - ORDAINED unleashes "Unholy Blasphemies"! The newest ORDAINED track (available in mp3 format) can be downloaded for free from our site. For those of you who were not able to grab a copy of the now out of print "Dark Assembly Volume Two" compilation disc, you are now able to download the song straight to your files at home. July 25th - Be sure to tune into CMT this Saturday, July 27th, 2002 @ 1:30 pm as ORDAINED photographer Woody performs live on stage with the Legendary Outlaw Willie Nelson before a sold out crowd at the NORVA in downtown Norfolk, Va.� If you can't catch that show, Woody will return to the stage Sunday evening July 28th at 8 pm eastern standard time.� Don't miss this rare performance.� Doin' it all for the fans! Woody -�He's bad,�he's nationwide!
July 24th - The venue for our upcoming August 3rd Revival (at Salty Dawgs) in NC has been changed. It has been moved a few miles down the road to the Wildlife Lounge; a facility with a larger stage to accomodate the ORDAINED mayhem. This Revival will also mark the opening of a brand new tattoo parlor, located next door to the club. ORDAINED was asked to perform at the shops opening. Come check out the new ink shop, get inked and then get ready for the Heavy Metal Revival of ORDAINED next door at the Wildlife Lounge!
July 24th - ORDAINED will be performing two Revival Crusade Services in August before heading back to record our new album. These Revivals will take place on August 3rd and August 10th. We will then go into the studio at Deans house (D_Dungeon Studio) to blast out a full length ORDAINED disc. For details on the live performances, check out the "Upcoming Revivals" link on this site.

(posted) July 7th - The Dark Assembly Volume 2 compilation CD is out now! If you were one of the 400+ people that made it out on SINdependence Day July 4th to the CD release event in Va. Beach VA, you should have your copy. The show went over exceptionally well, with performances by 6 bands and ORDAINED headlining. The crowd was receptive to all the acts, and besides the members of our congregation, no-one had a clue as to what was about to transpire when ORDAINED took the stage. From the second that The Reverend emerged from his custom built coffin amidst the 4 massive pyro explosions at the beginning of the set, to the explosive grand finale, the crowd was totally into the performance. Special Thanks to all of our Deacons: James, Worker, Shovel, & Zakk and to all who made it out to witness this event.
June 29th - Wally "The Dog" Parris & Shovel (our stage manager) made the trek up to Richmond, VA to meet with porn queen JR Carrington. After hanging out at the club for her set, The Dog & Shovel were able to speak band business with her. Turns out she had heard of ORDAINED from the time that she had spent in Va. Beach a few years back. She said that she had heard about the stage show and she remembers seeing flyers all over promoting ORDAINED. The Dog is going to get back up with her in a week or so about having ORDAINED possibly do some music for her to use in her sets.
