Screeching Wheels - created 12/3/03
Screeching Wheels

I have been through it all.
I know despair well and the time to rouse has come again.
I better catch the departing train, before I lose my now found understanding of stillness.

This train takes me one step closer to the happiness I seek.
I wish to placate the chaos, just to feel safe.
Im sick of hiding and I need the answer.
Im at this train station, and I am so confused.

The answer is right in front of me,
This random ex- train passenger,
He looks very strangely at me,
Tells me where I should go and he says that I cant hide forever and             That the hard reality will inevitably show through.

He says I will stop forgiving my excesses and accept my stake in the mess.
He then wanders on and I stand amazed as
The magical stage disintegrates before me.
