At an early age, while working with the English Shires owned by Dr. and Mrs. Richard Hurt of West Jefferson, a DREAM was born. Fourteen years later, Kory met Sandy and they worked together to make Kory's DREAM their reality.

In November of 2001, we make the purchase of out 1st Clydesdale Horse, Luke. In December of 2001, we signed our mortgage and Dream Acres Farm and Carriage was established. From carriage rides, to showing, to 4-H and educational programs; we do it all.

Sandy and Kory would like to pass a special thank you to our boys; DeWitt, Nathan and Kendall. Our boys spend countless hours helping to care of the horses along with their goats, rabbits and hogs. Their work and sacrifice has not come without its reward, they now share in the DREAM and are glad to share it with others.

We currently have 3 Clydesdales; Luke, Gabrielle (Gabby), and Anastasia (Annie)

Please be sure to call, e-mail or stop by at anytime. We have carriage rentals still available for 2007, we can make your dreams come true, too. Visitors and friends are always welcome to share in our DREAM!
